Remaking how news gets made — where reporters, editors, and media professionals collaborate with AI to deliver journalism that is trustworthy, insightful, and engaging, augmenting human judgment rather than replacing it.
Business profile
Value proposition. Journalaism is where a newsroom learns AI, then buys the tools and the help to use it — one bilingual place that carries editorial standards into every tool and every engagement, rather than selling capability with a disclaimer attached.
Problem. Newsroom appetite for AI runs well ahead of newsroom capability: leaders report adoption plans while the same surveys report missing skills, missing guidelines and missing time. Generic AI products do not carry journalism's verification, sourcing and accountability requirements, so the newsroom is left to supply the editorial layer itself — which is exactly the part it has no capacity to build.
Competitive advantage. Four things, none of them a superlative. (1) Editorial standards are the product, not a disclaimer: every tool and engagement is built against journalism's own verification and accountability norms. (2) The full path is in one place — free education, then tools, then assessment, consulting, implementation and training — so the same relationship carries a newsroom from first question to deployment. (3) English and Spanish are equal from the first page, which opens Spanish-language media that English-only products serve poorly. (4) The AI guide personas (Inka, Edmund, Mila), disclosed as AI, are simultaneously the product demonstration and the editorial argument.
Community value. The education layer is free and stays free: curriculum, quick wins, what-to-do and what-not-to-do guidance, ethics cases, a glossary and a tool directory, in English and Spanish, usable by a newsroom that will never buy anything. That is the Impact Arc applied to a trade under pressure — enable and inspire the newsroom's own capability rather than supply a finished answer — and it is also the honest form of the funnel: the free layer earns the right to sell the paid one.
