Our media production agency, transforming how content gets made — film, audio, and editorial produced by human creatives working with specialized AI, from concept to final delivery. Creating the future of media today.
Business profile
Value proposition. Cinematographic video and interactive digital experiences at agency-grade quality with tool-grade economics: offered at roughly half the cost of conventional production and a third of the time, with total control — a piece stays adjustable after delivery — and native multilingual output from a single production. A named human director is accountable for every frame. The cost and time figures are the terms on which the work is offered, not a measured comparison.
Problem. Video is the format every brand needs and the one most cannot afford at the volume they need it. Conventional production runs $10K–$100K+ per project on four-to-twelve-week timelines, which works for one flagship campaign a year and not for brands that need dozens of pieces, in several languages, across several markets, refreshed continuously. Mid-market organisations therefore under-produce: they publish less than their strategy requires, and what they publish is compromised.
Competitive advantage. Not a tool and not a price point, but CEMI MediaMax — an augmented human–AI production framework built, trained and refined in-house across real client work: codified five-phase workflows, 40+ purpose-trained agents across production disciplines, purpose-built applications and a production knowledge base that compounds with every project. Conventional producers add AI at the edges; AI-first shops have no production discipline. The framework cannot be licensed from anywhere, and the delivered work that proves it is public.
Community value. Production capacity that mid-market organisations, public institutions and cultural projects could not otherwise afford, in their own languages rather than through dubbing — and, through the Media Innovation Lab and the Masterclass programmes, capability handed to presenters, journalists, producers and students rather than kept in-house. Work is published and attributable, and the human direction behind it is named, so the standard the sector is held to rises with it.
